What Is Housing Stabilization Services (HSS)?
HSS is a Medicaid-funded program in Minnesota that helps eligible individuals find and maintain stable housing. Guardian Housing is a fully certified provider of this service.
You may qualify if you:
- Have a mental health condition, disability, or chronic illness
- Are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or living in unstable housing
- Require help with navigating housing applications, lease support, or daily independent living skills
